The Tavern
The Tavern at Firebox provides a casual venue and gathering place for local politicians, students, artists, locals, and visiting guests alike to enjoy smaller dining options created with the highest level of execution, full flavor, and fresh ingredients that the Farm to Table philosophy cultivates. The Tavern's full bar offers a broad range of libations, including Grower Champagnes, pre-prohibition-inspired seasonal cocktails, an extensive and unique wine list, and a rotating selection of craft beers on draught.
Exposed brick walls and a vaulted ceiling that highlights rustic beams are original to the space, and are complemented by the Tavern's modern bar lights and interior design. Our walls provide an exhibition venue for local artists whose works are displayed and rotated monthly. The Tavern also hosts local musicians, with live music that runs the gamut from traditional bluegrass every Sunday, to progressive instrumental, to a variety of jazz. Our casual outdoor patio adjacent to the Tavern showcases live music for happy hour on Thursdays and Fridays and an artisanal outdoor lemonade stand. Join us for happy hour Tuesday through Friday from 5pm–7pm and enjoy specials on selected beer drafts and wines.
